To get to the bay is not that easy if you don't have your own means of transport. To get there, you can take a taxi or rent a motorbike.

  • The Bay of Voidokilia The amazing bay of Voidokilia is an interruption in the limestone ridge which goes from Methoni in the south to Gargaliani in the North. It is thorugh this interruption that the waves of the Ionias sea created one of the most spectacuar beaches and bays of Greece.
  • Around this area, you find a dune landscape. This is very rare type of landscape in the Peloponnese.
  • The Cave of Nestor to the south of the Bay.
  • The Old Venetian Castle of Pylos higer up on the hill, above the Cave of Nestor.
