San Lorenzo is a town in the Coastal Lowlands of Ecuador.

San Lorenzo is easily reached by bus from Ibarra

Boats leave from the pier at 7.30 each morning and travel to La Tola. Buses can be caught from La Tola to Esmeraldas.
