Sabah [1] is the northeastern province of Malaysian Borneo.

Kudat Residency is located on the north of Sabah.
West Coast Residency is located on the west of Sabah which Kota Kinabalu is located.
Interior Residency is located on the south west of Sabah.
Sandakan Residency is located on the east of Sabah.
Tawau Residency is located on the south east of Sabah.

Cities

Kota Kinabalu is the capital city of Sabah and the largest city in East Malaysia.
Sandakan is a town located on east of Sabah and was former capital of Sabah prior to WWII.
Tawau is a town located south of Sandakan.
Lembah Danum
