Budget

  • J&F House DK Matsudo is the biggest guesthouse in Japan, having over 160 rooms. The room you get is very small and the toilets are shared by the whole floor (there are 4 floors, but no one lives on the bottom one) and you have to live there for at least 1 week (it being a guesthouse, not a hotel). However, the rent is relatively cheap (¥56500 a month). If you want a spot, you have to contact them before comming since it is a popular place of staying.
