They consist primarily of Cochino Grande (the larger, to the northeast) and Cochino Pequeño.
Travel to Hog Islands - Visa Requirements
Transport can be arranged from La Ceiba with a tour operator or from Sambo Creek with a local fisher or tour operator. The former is the most expensive option, whereas the latter is more cheap.
