Hog Islands (Spanish: Cayos Cochinos) are two small islands and several islets off the northern coast of Honduras. They consist primarily of Cochino Grande (the larger, to the northeast) and Cochino Pequeño.

Travel to Hog Islands - Visa Requirements

Transport can be arranged from La Ceiba with a tour operator or from Sambo Creek with a local fisher or tour operator. The former is the most expensive option, whereas the latter is more cheap.
