The food in Antep is famous, perhaps the best in Turkey. Antep is famous for its pistachios - Antep fistik - and you will see shops selling baklava and other sugar and nut-loaded pastries everywhere. It's also known for its lahmacun (thin Arabic pizza) and cig kofte (raw spicy meat balls). Just follow your nose and you will find many treats here!
