Travel to Brabrand - Visa Requirements
Brabrand is located just 6km from the center of Aarhus.
The closest airport, Tirstrup Airport is approx. 45 minutes bus-ride north-east of Brabrand. At the airport buses arrive and leave frequently, and an one-way ticket costs approx. 80 DKK and can be purchased when entering the bus.

Brabrand tourist attractions and sightseeing
- "Basar vest" - get the feeling of the east, in the middle of Denmark
- "Brabrand sø" - a large recreational lake area.
- Brabrand Kirke - the local church with an impressive view of Brabrand Sø (Brabrand lake). The Romanesque part of the church was originally only 20 meters long. However, during the ensuing years, the church has undergone considerable rebuilding and extension work. You find the church on Engdalsvej 2, DK-8220 Brabrand
Brabrand city tours
Brabrand lake is an ideal place for bicycling, walking or rollerskating. Information and facts on the lake is available from the county of Aarhus.
If you like soccer, the local team joined the "Danmarksserien" in June 2007.
