Get in
Avila Beach is relatively remote, and only accessible by car. Just off Highway 101, south of San Luis Obispo, it is well worth the trip.
Get around
Once you get there, Avila is small enough to see on foot.

The beautiful beach! Also be sure to visit the Avila Valley Barn for local produce on your way in.
Do
Besides swimming in the gorgeous but frigid Pacific Ocean and basking in the sun, golf and tennis are readily available at the Inn at Avila Beach.
